Calendar Availability

The calendar(s) show dates that are available for mediations or arbitrations in half day increments.

If both sides have agreed to use my mediation or arbitration services then follow the directions set out below to register and book your time. If you are unsure if the session would take a half or full day, please email me at cddavis@cddavismediation.com and copy the other side in the email, so we can discuss the estimated time needed. If you are not yet ready to book a time and have questions related to the process or other issues, feel free to email me. It is helpful if the other side is copied on that email so everyone is getting the same information at the same time.

Fees

$240 / hr – Mediation Fee

1 – Date Selection
Select a date from the Calendar above and choose a time for your appointment.

2 – Registration
If you are scheduling your first appointment, please register as a new user with your First and Last Name, Email, and complete the field required for the names of both parties for mediation, and provide the names of both attorneys, if applicable.

You will receive an automated email message with your User Name and Password credentials to use with the Calendar on the Schedule page. If you are returning to the site after completing first-time registration, please enter your User Name and Password to view details about your appointment, view your appointment history, or schedule another appointment time.

3 – Appointment Assessment
Once I have heard from you, I will do a brief screening to find out the types of issues and estimated time needed (such as a half day or full day). In your e- mail include the type of case and the types of issues (for example: this is a divorce with a property dispute and a custody disagreement) without giving any details about your position.

4 – Written Materials
Once an agreed upon date and location has been set I will ask both sides to provide me with some written materials in advance. See the forms attached to this website.

5 – Appointment
You’re welcome to review your appointments here at cddavismediation.com after you login.

6 – Additional Details
If the date you have selected is partially booked, please email Caroline directly at cddavis@cddavismediation.com to see if it is possible to set a second mediation for that same day.
