Mediation Services
I mediate all types of family law matters, financial and parenting. My services including working with parties and their attorneys as well as working with parties who are appearing without attorneys. In addition I handle mediations that arise fromfinal Parenting Plans as parenting issues arise over the years. My fees are $240 per hour.
Arbitration Services
I also provide arbitration services. My hourly rate is $240 per hour and I charge for time in hearing the arbitration, reviewing materials, and drafting a ruling. I can work with both sides to determine if the arbitration requires an in person hearing or a conference call or is simple enough to be handled by email.
